China to USA shipping FAQs
Have a question about your shipment? Send us the product description and delivery ZIP code so we can check the relevant service requirements.
How do I choose between air freight and express shipping?
Express is often convenient for documents, samples and smaller parcels, while air freight may be worth comparing for larger or heavier commercial consignments. The best option depends on packed size, gross weight, commodity, urgency and destination.
What information is needed for a China-to-USA shipping quote?
Please provide the product description, number of cartons or pallets, packed dimensions, gross weight, pickup city in China, destination city and ZIP code, cargo-ready date and whether you need airport-to-airport or door delivery.
How is air freight chargeable weight calculated?
Air and courier services may compare actual gross weight with volumetric weight and charge according to the applicable chargeable-weight rule. The divisor and rounding method can vary by carrier and service, so the final calculation should be confirmed in the quotation.
Can you arrange delivery to a US warehouse?
We can review commercial warehouse delivery requests. Please provide the full address, ZIP code, receiving hours, appointment rules and unloading details. Final-mile availability and extra services must be confirmed before booking.
Can you ship batteries, liquids or other regulated goods?
Some batteries, liquids, powders, chemicals, magnets and other regulated goods require special review and may be restricted by airlines or courier companies. Send the exact product details and available safety documents before dispatch. Do not tender regulated cargo until acceptance is confirmed.
Are duties, taxes and customs clearance included?
They are included only if the written quotation expressly states so. Customs requirements, importer responsibilities, duties, taxes and destination charges depend on the commodity, declared value, importer information and agreed Incoterms.
